Didier
Heiderich is the President of the "Observatoire International des
Crises" (International Crisis Observatory), consultant and trainer
specialized in strategy of public relations (PR) and crisis management,
author of "Rumeur sur internet" (pearson, 2004), "Plan
de gestion de crise" (Dunod, 2010) and of many articles. He
teaches communication at the master level in several prestigious schools
and universities.

Didier Heiderich Crisis management and public relations consultant
and trainer. Didier Heiderich, CESI Engineer, started at first many
transversal tasks in sensitive’s sectors, such as industry and at the
French Ministry of Justice before becoming a crisis management,
communication strategy and public relations consultant.
With more than 12 years of experience in communication and public
relations consultancy, he intercedes regularly as a consultant for
administrations, firms and diplomatic personnel, mainly in media/public
speaking skills and in crisis or in delicate situations. Till this day,
he has trained several hundreds of people in public speaking in
simulated crisis situations. He also train managers on the filed in real
crisis events. As a communication and press relations trainer, he has
elaborated and/or intervened in several training sessions to
communication in France and abroad, to a public of communication
professionals…as well as to apprentices coming from different
backgrounds.
Since 2007, he intercedes regularly at ENA (National School of
Administration) and at IHEDN Institute of Higher National Defense
Studies), for professional training for central administrative (in
France or abroad), local or diplomatic personnel.
He trains as well communication agencies’ consultants and journalists.
Founder of « Magazine de la communication de crise et sensible »
magazine, he is the president of « Observatoire International de Crises
» (International Crisis Observatory). He intervenes regularly in
seminars or gatherings tackling the communication in crisis situation
topic. He wrote many articles about communication and is the author of
the book « Rumeur sur Internet » (Village Mondial, 2004) - (Rumors on
the internet)- and « Plan de gestion de crise » (Dunod, 2010) – ( Crisis
management plan) . He also participated as well in the creation of a
dozen of communication books and manuals.
He teaches communication in the Masters Program at ISCPA (media
institute), ICOM (University of Lyon 2), Université de Technologies de
Troyes where he is the educational referent of the course «
Organizational Communication ». He lectures as well at Ecole Nationale
d’Administration (ENA) in the field of crisis management Masters
Program, and at Ecole des Mines d’Ales, at the Rouen Business School in
the communication masters program, and at IRIS and several minors
designed for French and international responsible.
